Apend each row of data into own worksheet

As my title hopefully describes, given a worksheet full of lines where each column is a discreet data point such as Gender, Age, etc, I am trying to write a macro to send each line into its own sheet.

I have a macro which creates these sheets for each row; so far so good.

What I HAVEN'T got yet is the functionality to place each bit of data into a separate sheet each, in the same position.

I have attached a sample workbook I made to demonstrate the problem. The button on the 'Input' tab executes the macro.
