Grouping names randomizer

Hello, I am trying to group a list of 100 or so names in to groups of 4 randomly, with the caveat if two names have been grouped together previously they should not be grouped together again. Any ideas on how to approach this? Any code you can share or suggested formulas in excel? I am thinking I will need to write a macro, but not sure how to start. thanks! rps

My data is simply a list of about 100 unique names such as "John Smith" or "Jane Doe". I can't upload the actual data as it contains names of employees and would probably be violating some legal/security rule. However, I did generate some sample data that you could use to work with if you were so inclined - see attached. Thanks for any feedback.
