Macro to create invoice from changing database

The macro currently is pulling the data from the invoice database worksheet and adding it to the invoice. I would like to change the code so it's not an absolute reference but one that works off of the column name instead. This is because sometimes the data will have additional columns which will throw off the whole macro.
