Opening a txt file based on cell value in excel

I'm trying to open a text file based on a cell value in excel.

This will open a txt file that I have saved named R_ClusterCuttingCode.txt , but I want it to open the file that i have at: Sheets("Preanalysis").Range("AA1")

Thanks! This has been stumping me for awhile!

This assumes that only the file name is in AA1, not the entire path:
