VBA CODE to change text

I have a series of text strings that I need to modify. The strings are packaging data for example 5 EA/BX 4 BX/CA. The strings are in column I and I need to be able to change the string to 5 EA/BX in this example. However, this is just an example. The lengths of the text can change. Another example: 100 EA/BX 10BX/CART. In this example I would need the converted text to read 100 EA/BX. Any help would be appreciated.

You have only given a few parameters and as such this will work on your examples but possible not all of your situations.
