Automatically move data from one worksheet to another when a certain criteria is met

I am trying to automatically move rows of data from one worksheet to another when a certain criteria are met.

The sheet “VOR” contains the data that I would like to move. When the status in column D is changed to “COMPLETED” I would like that row of data to automatically move to the sheet “COMPLETED”

I am not to competent using Marcos or VBA and any help would be appreciated.

See the file attached, and change any status to COMPLETED!

Don't forget to enable Macros..
