Copy & Reorder Columns of Rows That Meet Criteria

Good morning all!

I've got some code that will copy rows from one sheet ("Data") to another sheet ("MMG_MAN") based on whether column "L" has a "YES" or not, but I'd like to have a way of specifying which columns are copied and, perhaps, reorder the columns.
B->A
I->B
D->C
M->D
N->E
C->L

Is there an easy way to do this based on what I've already got? Thanks for any help

I might be doing something wrong, but it doesn't appear to do anything (I think it's still clearing the sheet, but nothing after that). Ideas? It looks pretty legit to me...
