Display Column in Sheet Based on Drop-Down List Selection

I have a master sheet of data, tab named [Master]. This sheet contains many columns, so it takes a while to scroll to find a specific column range and is clumsy to do so. I have created a drop-down list using Data>Data Validation>List in cell $A:$A. Each drop-down selection is named after the field name of the intended column the user wants to navigate to; for samples sake, let's assume the drop-down options are $G:$G, $S:$S, $AA:$AA, $G$G, etc... If the user selects "$AA:$AA" from the drop-down options in cell $A:$A, the screen would automatically navigate to column $AA:$AA in a flash so the user can edit whichever cell in that range is intended for.

In essence, I don't want my end users to have to manually scroll to the right to find the column they want to view, I want them to automatically see it based on a drop-down list selection. Other methods are valuable to my ears and mind
