Copy number below except empty row

Hi Guys

Here's one not for the faint hearted.

In my sample below, a sample of the same format for 160 pages,

The number in Column A is the Item number of the item to the right of it. Below the item I have all the vendors that supply that item above. I need a macro to copy down the number of the item next to each supplier, but not on the empty row between the items.
