Export Data from excel to WordPad

Hello:

Please refer to attached files.
I have attached 1 excel file which has data in row1 and row2.
I need the data from excel file to be written in Wordpad as shown in attached word file.

Please note first 4 lines and last 3 lines of attached word file will remain the same for all future excel to wordpad export.

Line#4 will consist of cell <A1>A2</A1>
Line#5 will consist of cell <B1>B2</B1> and so on

At the end save the file at C:\Temp\SalesTax\Salestax.xml
