Macro usage in order to highlight/format particular words in cell

Hello!

New to the forum, hoping to find some help. I need to create a macro in order to highlight/bold/change color of certain words (eye, pain, irritation) in a cell, but leave the rest of the cell untouched (conditional formatting option failed me). I've looked around, but haven't been able to implement anything successfully.
