Macro to open Internet Explorer

Hi,

I want to run a macro which will automatically open Internet explorer website.

For ex: I will enter a number in cell A4 and then based on the vlookup and forumla cell C8 gets the website link.

I want an option to be given to the user to open the website either in the existing tab of IE window or open it in the new IE window.

Why should it compliment yours? He asked for code to open internet explorer & that's what I did.
It's up to Mr India to integrate it into whatever he's trying to do
