    setting activex checkbox properties

    i came acrost a thred some where that listed how to set vairious activex checkbox properties using vba and i cant seem to find it
    what im looking to do is make a small script that will change my fmalignment from right to left on all of my check boxes i have 600 of them on one sheet starting at A3 to A603
    i moved them from the righthand sode of the sheet to the left hand side but i would like to change my text alignment with out having to click every box

    I'm not a expert on controls, but I put this together after a little research and did some testing. Maybe run this on a copy of your sheet as you have 2003 according to your profile and I have 2010.

    It depends on which type of Checkbox you used.

    My version works for Form Checkboxes, you are obviously using ActiveX Check Boxes.

    may be you could answer my next question how do I link checkbox 1-100 with 101-200
    checkbox 1 linked to 101 and 2 with 102 and so on and I know this can be done with linking them to a cell but this isn't a reliable option seeing my check boxes don't move or re-size with cells and I delete rows often and every time a row is deleted the link is no longer reliable until I re-link it
