Slow conditional formatting

I made a conditional formatting that does the following:
when I select any cell in active sheet, it colors a cell in the same row of range b2:b200.
The problem is that this conditional formatting is so slow,when I move to the right of the sheet using arrows.
I attached a sample of my Data.But the file contains hundreds of formulas and much more data.
please help me
