How to update data's by using VBA userform also edit by Sl. No

Dear Friend,
I want your assistance to solve the problem with my VBA codes
i create one Excel by using VBA userform to update data but i cannot update the data to next row Just replace the first row

alos i want to get the edit option
Ex: when i select date. i want to see all data in that date . if have more than one row in that day it want see by click next button and previos button
