Run multiple macros based on checked checkboxs

Hello

I'm having trouble making a macro that run another macros based on selected checkbox. For exemple, if checkbox 2 and 4 are selected, I want to run macros 2 and 4 when I make the command.

I've tried the two options below, but on both of then just run the first selected macro. If checkbox 2 and 4 are checked, only runs macro 2. If I uncheck checkbox 2 (leave only cb 4 checked), then macro 4 runs when I give the command.

I also have tried using case statement, but I get the same result.

Can anyone help me?
