Training Matrix Quick Search Using VBA

I have managed to refine the search using buttons on the attached; however, I am now in need of eliminating all of the red columns from each button. Basically this is a training matrix and I initially improved it by including buttons to remove all other positions.... I am now being asked to remove any of the red cells, which do not apply to the selected position, so that the training speed is reduced.

By red columns do you actually mean red cells? As in Hide them?

Something like this would hide all the rows in that column with red cells in. You will see this causes some problems with your current structure however..Also would need to change the UNHIDE all button to unhide rows also.
