I got this one working after entering the formula as real formula in Excel then made a copy back to VBA

That is exactly how I set this up but for some reason the formula within VBA does not want to run. I am wondering if that might be the issue. I use FormualaArrays within other workbooks with no issues... Have a clue?
But How the code I sent is working?
Is it OK ?
For me it was.
PCI the formula works, but not when I put into code. I am running Office 2013...
It seems there is issue when addressing cells in another sheet
Next code seems working

PCI I am totally befuddled now... I have attached the file
It's certainly easier with an example.
A possibility could be to work with names for the ranges used
See attached with NameO, Name,P, NameB
Okay PCI it works but why does it only work with the named ranges?? So, I can remember it...
I did not investigate deeply:
Array formula length is limited, but so far I had in mind 256 characters which is larger than your formula ....!
In the other hand the issue seems to be the reference to an other sheet, and names permit to skip this issue: Already seen in previous XLS with validation fields
Is it the reason ... not sure

That is why I was so confused... I did not go over the 256 limit. Any way I appreciate all of your help here!
