I have 100 columns' worth of data, each with the same number of rows. Range is E2:CZ202. I need to move all these columns into one column in Column A. Anyone have a useful macro?

I think I totally misunderstood the request... i was merging all the values across into one column for the given row's data.

Actually, didn't move just e.... simply merged the entire row into one cell in column A, misunderstood what you wanted.
