extract cell data from one workbook to master workbook

Hiya
Still pretty new at this and need some help please?

I have two workbooks and want to extract information from one to the master workbook.

I.E. if B3 = Robarts (Workbook 1) then copy I3 into the (Workbook 2) and can this be done for the whole sheet with different names?

Yes it can be done, but you'll need to provide the Copy to/from Sheet names for both Workbooks.

What I’m looking to do is the following:
Open (Workbook 1) Expiring Assessment Report and find any lookup name in Column D and match it in (Workbook 2) West Anglia Expiring RA Tracker, then copy CELL L & M then paste into CELL I & K of (Workbook 2)
Then save and close once updated (Workbook 2)

I've attached the workbooks if it helps

How do you want to determine/choose the look-up name? find any lookup name in Column D

Is there any way to lookup any name that is listed in Workbook 2 and transfer the dates from workbook 1 back into workbook 2?

Yes. Do you want all the names? Or do you want too be able to chose a name?
