Popup Notification

Hi Dear,

I want to make popup notification based on my sheets column for reminders. I have sheet for students in which we save record about their documents. If the specific document has been received we enter y otherwise n. I want code to evaluate all the sheet and popup message after checking each row with vale n. Kindly help me anyone plz.
