Populate count of values in a Column of all files in one file

Hello Friends..

Need your help in population data from column K of each file in one single sheet..
Input file many be many... Below macro should pick the folder and work on al the files present in that folder

Attached is File1 & File2
File1 have Column K & File2 have column K

Now in each file column K have values as

Mat
Pat
Cat &
Dat

So it should give me count of the values in column K..
Attached is the Output file for your refernce..
