Yes you are right Leith. I downloaded a google sheet.
This Google sheet consists of some Google Finance functions which needs to be converted into Excel functions. Please go through the attachment for the functions.

These functions will have to be changed manually in the workbook. I don't know of any automated way to change them.
Please help me.
Please suggest me where I can find the Google finance equivalent functions in Excel.
