that's some weird output you requested
i did something similar so you get the idea
change the "Formula" if you want to it to be exact

as formula used is R1C1 style (this was used on purpose for your solution as you can use the same formula in each insert of row) if you change the output cell you need to change the relative formula

in moving it right one column it changed number format issues hence the extra lines in new code
