Ranking names based on scores

Hi all,
First time posting, little rusty with VBA/Formulas so I came here for help. I am grabbing multiple scores for individuals and want to rank the names based on their scores without showing the rank #, just the names. It is difficult for me to explain so I attached a sample workbook. For each measurable (column D - G, etc..)
each individual has a score. Underneath (or maybe on a different sheet), I would like to show the descending rank in terms of name only. In D21:37 there is a manually entered rank, but it shows the format I am looking for. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
