finding cell value and completing loop based on that

Hello. I have the code below. The problem is that the column (not the row) that I want to grab the value from changes in each worksheet. How can I look for the FIRST columnn value in row twelve that says "invoice amount" and then look up the range based on that. So, if "invoice control" is in row 12, column F, then the range will be A25. Make sense?

Actually, it's the opposite. The column value stays constant but I want to find the last row in column B and use that as input into the range. So, last usedrow and then E, so E"lastusedrow". Thanks.
