We're implementing a new ERP at my workplace, and in their infinite wisdom they've decided that it's better to get the new system installed by Magical End Date than to make sure that all the features we were told would be included actually are. Which, of course, means that it's up to those of us working with the new system to try and foam the runway for co-workers who are going to be hitting major changes to their job processes (job security!)

Part of that includes the fact that we're now including attached documentation to just about everything we can, so there's less digging through the physical files to get at our records. Since I'm currently building one of the Excel spreadsheets that we'll be using to "feed" the data entry people, I'd like to include a function that allows a user to browse to and automatically save their documentation into the shared drive where I'm going to be storing this. Emailing the attachments is a concern due to confidentiality of the records that may be included.

Is there any sort of a function in Excel VBA like the Browse button that's so ubiquitous on websites?
