Question Automatically sort data and transfer to multiple workbooks and worksheets

I am given a work sheet and have to sort the data into multiple categories, put each category in its own workbook and then add a difference of + or - £10 into a worksheet within the workbook.

I have attached a file which hopefully explains better.

The actual file I have has thousands of entries so I would prefer the process to be as automatic as possible.

Weeks run from Sunday to Saturday
The file I have uploaded was completed online however I normally use Excel 2010 (no idea if this makes a difference I have a severely average knowledge of Excel)

    Thanks

Information is regularly copied into the file and I am hoping for this data to be copied over to the other workbooks with minimal effort by me

Hi BTraves and welcome to the forum,

Your problem looks like a Pivot Table problem to me. If you look at my attached and the new tab you will see what I would do with your problem. Study a bit on Pivot Tables and see if they can do you work for you.

I can't seem to find a way to display it in the order of the other tabs with all the same information
