    Create new sheet at each change in data

    Hello there!

    I've been trying to find a code that creates a new sheet at each change in data in a special column, but I can't seem to find any that works for my sheet.


    Sheets:
    (1)Colors(2)Blue(3)Green(4)Red

    A Blue A Blue A Green A Red
    B Blue B Blue B Green B Red
    C Blue C Blue C Green C Red
    D Green
    E Green
    F Green
    G Red
    H Red
    I Red

    I want it to be like this. The new sheets should be named after the data in the column as well. Hope this is possible to fix.

    Attach a sample workbook. Make sure there is just enough data to demonstrate your need. Include a BEFORE sheet and an AFTER sheet in the workbook if needed to show the process you're trying to complete or automate. Make sure your desired results are shown, mock them up manually if necessary.

    Remember to desensitize the data.

    Click on GO ADVANCED and use the paperclip icon to open the upload window.

    Dont understand your want.
    scan down a column and everytime the color changes in col1, paste them to a new sheet?

    Sorry for late answer!

    This is how I want it:

    Sheet1 (this is the starting point)
    Sheet2
    Sheet3
    Sheet4
    Sheet5
    Sheet6
    Sheet7
    Sheet8
    Sheet9

    Is there any genius out there who knows how to handle this problem? Help is very much appreciated!

    Please find the attached workbook and click on the Green Button to run the code on Module1 to get the desired output on the relevant sheets.

    Wooow! Nice thank you a lot!

    However it seems to be one small issue.. On some sheets it doesn't show the sum on the bottom row, only "#####". But the formula is still there and when I select the cell and press enter it shows the sum, not "#####"... Really strange

    Is this possible to fix?

    #### is there because the column width is not enough to show the cell content.
    Fixed that, so see if it is working as per your expectations.
