I work for a security operation center and as part of our job, we send out email notifications of emergencies that happen on the 180 sites we monitor. right noe I have all email notifications saved as .OFT file (4000 different ones) and hyperlinked in SharePoint. Needless to say, its quite a task to update all the .OFT files with various personnel updates that happen throughout the year. I would like to know if there is a way I can have one Excel document listing all personnel for each emergency that VBA code can be written to query the document, load the email/sms addresses into an email with a standard body message and then, upon launching from a hyperlink, the email opens up so it can be modified with pertinent info before sending.
