I'm really new in this field so, to be able to explain my problem, I attached a short example sample for you. I would be highly appreciated if please take a look at it and help me out to get what I want.
I want : if N shorter than (M+200), keep M
if D=N and (M+200) < N, discard M and keep N

Thanks a lot for your prompt feedback. Honestly, it's the first time to do such analysis; actually, I want to get related ID for M and N, that are A and B columns, respectively. Please notice at raw number 4, although N (945) is NOT shorter than (M+200), which is 336+200, M kept while N must be kept here. In other words related ID for it in B column, which is c39648_g1_i1|m.25685, must keep. The similar issue was also for last raw.
