    VBA Delete Row Code - Need more efficient code to speed it up

    I use the following to search 5000 rows and delete those that contain "YES" in column N. It is VERY VERY VERY slow, looking for optimization suggestions.

    Assuming you have a header in row 1.

    Wow, Amazing. I tried the first one and it worked perfectly and so much quicker than going line by line. Thanks for the quick response.
