Code needed to move values from columns to rows

Pasted in information that went all in column A. I need it in rows but not all parts have a "Min Lot Size". Could someone please help me with this?

I posted the file with the result I need.

That didn't quite work. With each new row, the code pasted in more information so by the time it was done, the last row started in column I with solid information all the way to column DN.
