Code needed to move rows to different worksheet based on date

Hello - I am trying to find the code for a macro that will enable me to automatically move rows from the "main" worksheet to the "expired" worksheet if the date in column L is older than the current days date or is blank. I have been searching this forum but have not been able to find exactly what I am looking for, close variations, but cannot get them to do what I need.

This is my 1st ever post so hope I have explained as required and attache a sample spreadsheet.

I really would appreciate any help & guidance that is on offer!
