First of all, Run PowerPoint in safe mode and follow these steps:

1. Click on File Tab
2. Go to Option->Add-Ins
3. On the Manage menu, select COM Add-Ins
4. Disable the COM Add-Ins if it is available in the list.
5. Now normally open the PowerPoint File.
