Need VBA code to group col A:A values then sum & average len of column result in A40

Dear experts

I have data in till row25 i want get result cell A40 through vba code

I want to group by Column A (i.e. Item) and Column N (i.e. length) and also want to add the sum total of each change in lengths of column C,D,E,F,G In the column G subtotal of C:F lenghts of column & want to add the average of H,I,J
