subtracting the sum function with 1?

Hello Everyone.
I would greatly appreciate if you can help me with the following:

I have a spreadsheet where there are several sumfunktioner in column F
I need a VBA code that can find the last sum function in kollone F and subtracting the sum function with 1

Ex. Sum function "= SUM (F16: F23)" After marco is run is the sum function "= SUM (F16: F22)"

Many thanks for your quick reply.

It is only the final sum function in colonne F to be deducted 1

Sum function is only located in column F, but the number of rows is dynamic

Ex. = SUM (F5: F10) and = SUM (F15: F20) after the macro is run

= SUM (F5: F10) and = SUM (F15: F19)
