Need help to modify VBA code Drop down transfer lists

Is there anyway to modify the code below to recognize if cell M8 or cell M9 depending on which one is used can both transfer data over to another worksheet to the same row which is "Shop Log" range C . Both cells have drop down list but only one should be used at a time to transfer data over. What is happening is when cell M9 drop down list is used it keeps dropping my transfer data one row below because it thinks Cell M8 has transfer data as well even tho the cell is blank. Please see code below where the problem is highlighted in blue.
