New workbook with sheets but with data in different format

Hi Everyone
I have a workbook with sheets. The columns is the same for each sheet – see attach workbook “Before”.
I need a macro that can create a new workbook with the sheets so that the output will look like in attach workbook “After”
Any help will be much appreciated
