Macro to copy & paste data into new sheet depending on column header (date)?

Hi guys,

I use Excel 97 at work and I'm currently making a spreadsheet for data capture and need help on a macro as I'm not too great on VBA code.

What I need in summary is - in "Sheet1" I have 1-10 listed in column A (starts in A3) and today's date in Cell A1. In "Sheet2" I have week dates listed in row 5 so B5 is 1/1/15, C5 is 8/1/15 etc.

Now I need a macro that copies the data in A3:A12 in "Sheet1" and pastes it into "Sheet2" right under the same date as stated in cell A1 in "Sheet1".

Hope this makes sense and any help would be extremely appreciated!
