Struggling Solutions Architect
I did see the ExecuteMso somewhere, but I couldn't get it to work on my version of Excel.
Must be a post Excel 2010 thing. My work computer still uses 2007.

Pete above is correct that it toggles the maximize / minimize, using the same code. (Stupid?) See if this site helps.
