Minimise macro

Dear Friends,
In my program I want to minimise the outlook after opening and run the anniversary macro. It's happening but only the problem is I have to manually minimise the outlook and then the excel file becomes active.

Please suggest me a code to minimise outlook after opening it automatically. Secondly also suggest me a code to don't save the changes after running the macro anniversary.
