Recording Macros Excel 2013

I believe that using the record a macro function may be my best option but if someone knows a better way please I'm open to better suggestions. Okay I have one sheet that has different valuation multiples in it and each month end I need to add the next months current multiple while copy paste value the prior month as they are linked to another sheet. I'm attaching an example. There are two tabs.... the first tab has the latest month linked to the second tab which has the most recent (month end) multiple. The second tab will be refreshed once a month and the values in blue for each multiple will change to reflect that months multiple. Before I refresh it I need to somehow record a macro that copies from the 1st tab the most recent multiple value down to the next month and then go back up one cell to copy and paste special value the prior month so it stays the same before I refresh the second sheet. I will need to continue to do this each month going down the 1st sheet as I want to keep all of the history in tact. Any help would be greatly appreciated
