Macro for If Formula is Greater than Formula AND other conditionals

I've got a situation where I'm checking for various things: If one string = another string and if a 2nd string = another different string and and if a formula >= 0 then, elseif

I have the Blue_1_Dead macro already set to another button, so I know it works. My Popup box seems to work properly, clicking Yes gives me my MsgBox so I'm assuming that the macro is running and/or the formula in the ElseIf is running. The thing is, Battling_Teams!B9 never changes for me. (Blue_1_dead changes Battling_Teams!B9 and four other cells, so no matter what, B9 should change).

Where am I going wrong?

If that still doesn't work, put a debug stop on your If statement and step through to see what happens and what the cell values are.
