Warning message before inserting or deleting rows or columns

I have the following code to stop me from inserting or deleting rows or columns:

Is there a way I can change this so that I have the option to insert/delete? For example change the message box to ask if I really want to?

Very close. The one key thing to mention is that it should not be placed under the workbook_sheet change event and instead the the worksheet_change event
