Hi,

I need some help in creating an acknowledgement on the evaluation that i'm creating.

After the person review the evaluation all he has to do is click on a button that would say confirm or acknowledge.

Then a pop up will appear asking for a login using their computer login and password.

Then it will record it to a different workbook with the name and the time stamp.

This will then be like a compliance report that we can submit to our supervisor.

I'm new to excel VBA that is why i'm in dire need of assistance.
