HELP w/ Reconciliation Macro clean up helper columns

Hello beautiful excel gurus,

I'm very new to coding so I hope someone can help me out. Below I have my code for reconciling a GL account. However, it is giving me some problems. It should be moving everything to the reconciled sheet but it is leaving one over, as well I am trying to find a way to clean up the "helper" columns on the "Unreconciled" sheet like I have for the "Reconciled" sheet. I am also aware my code is a mess as I have no clue about best practices, so if anyone could help me in that regard that would be very much appreciated.
