Macro to record daily values

Please help,

How to write a macro to make excel daily at 8:00AM copy values from sheet 1 cells B1:D1 and record them in “sheet 2” next to corresponding date, when file is opened.
Cells B1:D1 populated manually at 7:00AM.

Example of "sheet 2" format below:

7/29/2015-------75------------8------------6-----
