Listbox selection back to data source

How do I track the source data back from the back from the lisbox selection

The first column not unique values and that seems to be the column of data that is being exported.

I have sorted the problem already by adding a unique usable number in the first column and setting the width to 0pts.

But just as future reference

The listbox is populated from an array and I would have searched for the row number on the worksheet with the values from all the columns

Would this work??
