Sort Column by Custom Order

I have a simple array of data in the attached spread sheet.
I am looking for a way to sort the data in such a way that column B is custom sorted North East South West from top to bottom. i.e. all the North entries come first, then the east, south and west.
I am looking for a VBA macro that for private sub workbook_open() such that it executes when the sheet is opened.
